Benchtalk ‘23 Wrap Up

Our annual Benchtalk Customer Conference has just concluded, and what a remarkable experience it was! 🎉 The event was a whirlwind of learning, inspiration, and forging new connections, leaving me more excited than ever ⚡ This year, we decided to take it up a notch by hosting Benchtalk in not one, but two exciting locations - Boston and London. 🌆🇬🇧

We were thrilled to welcome over 450 customers, representing a diverse array of both established biotech giants and startups. We had participation from our active community members,including@Ken Robbins @tangy73 @MichaelD @justintaylor @aaronksato @AnnaS_Lyell @AF_Rorive   with their insights and expertise. The exchange of knowledge and ideas at Benchtalk was truly something to remember. 🧪📚🤝

Our hands-on workshops proved to be an overwhelming success, with every single seat snapped up well in advance. 🎟️ The real star of the show, though, was the claw machine. It seems like everyone had their sights set on winning a coveted JeffyP plushie or some exclusive Benchling Swag. The lines never seemed to end!

Now, let's talk about the big news that had everyone buzzing with excitement:

Introducing Benchling Connect — a platform that empowers you to seamlessly connect, manage, and analyze data from all your lab instruments and data analysis tools. It's a game-changer, designed to make your life in the lab that much smoother. 💻📈🔌

But that's not all! We also unveiled Benchling Bioprocess, a cloud-native, end-to-end solution for modern, high-throughput process development.. 🌐🧬

And here’s the best part: If you happened to miss out on Benchtalk, don’t worry. You can catch all the key moments, including the keynote and the Connect and BioProcess sessions, right here 📽️ :

Thank you to our attendees

A special thank you to our attendees who traveled to be a part of Benchtalk, participated actively, and made it an engaging and fun few days for everyone. One attendee, Simon Gumble, who works at GSK, even drew a depiction of the atmosphere we felt over in London

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for being part of the Benchling community. You are the driving force behind every innovation and achievement, and without your unwavering support, there would be no Benchtalk. Thank you for making Benchtalk an unforgettable success! 🙌🏼🙏🏼🚀

Is it possible to get the slide decks from the presentations, as well as the workshops? In particular, there were a few slides in A step-by-step guide to structured data capture in Benchling and Transform raw data into actionable insights with scientific analytics which would be very useful for disseminating best practice to our lab-based teams.
