🎉 The Benchling Community Turns 2 + Celebratory JeffyP Plushie Giveaway

The Benchling Community was a huge resource I used a ton when we were first onboarding Benchling in my company. I directly linked a lot of the how-to articles in our internal work instructions document. I remember specifically diving through the Ideas forums and learning what Excel functions I can and cannot use in the entry tables, and that you can make references across different tables in the same entry.

Happy birthday!! 🎉 I hand-waved checking out the community for quite a while, thinking it would mostly be people screaming to the void about very Google-able issues, but I was pleasantly surprised to see a collaborative community with support from Benchling employees and users alike. Seeing such engagement from community managers and product managers/developers and having observability into the planned roadmap is a very nice breath of fresh air compared to other experiences I’ve had in the past.

Keep up the good work! Shoutout to my executive assistant and peer programming partner. Without him my backspace key would not be as worn out.

Hello! I am new the community and while browsing around I found that the forums provided great tips and tricks for notebook entries. The forum is also great for giving visibility to user issues.

Woohoo, it was my birthday this week too! 🎉

I’m still mostly a lurker here, but I’m starting to dig around more and have discovered so many links to virtual bootcamps and the like that I missed being able to watch in real time. They are FANTASTIC! 

My newest colleague ​@ramyasindhyan is new to Benchling and will benefit from these, as well.
