Hey Benchling Community!
We heard your feedback – you’re craving connection to like-minded Benchling users! That’s why we launched the Benchling online Community to bring users together to learn, share and grow. We hope this is a place where you all can collaborate, support each other, get inspired, and learn some new tips/tricks along the way.
Here you’ll find peers from your industry who can help share knowledge and expertise, give guidance on best practices and pass along lessons learned for those of you who are just getting started.
I’m new here! Where should I start?
- Read the Community Guidelines before you start contributing to forums, and follow them. Our goal is to ensure this is a trusted environment for everyone to get answers, share ideas, collaborate, and learn best practices.
- Set up your profile. Everybody likes to know who they are speaking to. By adding more information to your profile, you are more likely to receive better and quicker replies from other users.
- 👋 Introduce yourself! Everyone is excited to meet you and give you a warm welcome.
- Start browsing and contributing questions our peer discussion forum: ‘Ask the Community’
- Check out our product guides & tutorials. Be sure to subscribe to articles that are interesting to you, so you receive email notifications when new conversations happen in those categories.
- Get to know our product organization & learn how to submit a great product idea by checking out a welcome article from our Chief Product Officer, Shawna Wolverton.
